Explanation:

This customer satisfaction questionnaire has been developed to facilitate a review of how PMSC Limited interacts with existing customers and prospective customers. We are keen to develop our business relationships and improve our service wherever we can. Your support in providing feedback to us will be much appreciated and treated in a confidential manner. The format of the questionnaire is a tick box arrangement but we would like to encourage recipients to make comments of explanation where appropriate, so that we can if necessary take some remedial actions if we got something wrong or carry on doing something if we got it right.
